Update:  Half-Masting – Death of Mr. John Havelock Parker, former Commissioner of the Northwest Territories

Due the Covid pandemic, the memorial service for the late John H. Parker has been cancelled on Saturday, April 18th in Sidney, BC.   The memorial service will be re-scheduled later (date to be determined).  As a result, the Half-Masting notice issued on March 16, 2020, has been cancelled.   The flag of the Northwest Territories on all Government of the Northwest Territories’ buildings will now remain at full mast on Saturday, April 18th.
