Grants

The Department of Executive and Indigenous Affairs (EIA) provides financial assistance in the form of grants to Indigenous governments and Indigenous organizations in the Northwest Territories for the special events, and core funding for Métis locals.

The Department also administers grants on behalf of the Gender Equity Division, including the Women’s Initiatives Grant and the Gender Equity Grant.  This will pluralize initiatives, and removes unit/division.
