The GNWT is taking steps to continue regular business while Canada Post’s operations are shut down. For most programs and services, this means sending correspondence digitally or by email, or using a courier, trucking company or airline. Some non-essential mailouts might be delayed until Canada Post services resume. Residents can continue to access programs and services through eServices, by emailing application forms and supporting documents, over the phone, or in-person at service locations. If you need help accessing a program or service, please visit a regional office or your local Single Window Service Centre.
For information about a specific program or service, residents should reach out to the usual program or service contact by phone, email, or in-person at a local service location.
