Kátł’odeeche First Nation, the Government of Canada and the Government of the Northwest Territories are negotiating a Reconciliation Process Agreement that will set out the Parties’ commitment to negotiate a Reconciliation Agreement. The KFN Reconciliation Agreement is intended to set out a renewed government-to-government relationship between KFN, the Government if the NWT and the Government of Canada.
